Black and Pink challenge for the Coaches!

Good afternoon,

I would like to share a “Pocket card” that I have created using some Journey Blooms products.

I created this card for the Facebook contest from the FSJ coaches. The theme is “Black and Pink.”

To create the “Pocket card” I first used the die cut called: “Pocket card  item #DI-0003“

Easy Peasy, one die, one cut and you have two pockets to put something in!

To make the tabs on the “Watermelon Fusion Cardstock item#CS-0039” I used the die cut called “Pennants item# DI-0004” (I used the top die.)

I cut the “Black Licorice Cardstock item # CS-0003” then used “White Liner item #AD-0001” tape to seal the edges.

Then using the same die: “Pocket card  item #DI-0003“ I cut one Watermelon Fusion Cardstock, then cut it to fit inside the pockets, and on the outside.

I used black embossing powder for my image called “Damask Print item#AT-0081” (It came with my starter kit.)

The two sentiments are from the “Greet and Shout item#SS-0043” (Also came in my starter kit.)

The butteries were embossed with light pink embossing powder and then cut out using the stamp set’s matching dies called:”Butterfly Prints item# DI-0015″

The stamp set is also called “Butterfly Prints item # SS-0017”

(The Butterflies die and stamp set did not come in my kit.)

The trim is from stash.

Hope you like my Pocket card.

Thank you for stopping by today, this is my very first post on this blog!

Thank you for your comments.

If you would like to check out the “Fun Stampers Journey” catalog then go here:

On the very top right corner there is a button that reads “Catalog” click that, it will then give you the option to just view it online or you have the option to download it. Also there will be new products added in September! There is lots of inspiration on there too!

This is a new company created by Richard Garay and Spellbinders!!
